Channel Notes is a private workspace for Neal and approved team members to understand and improve the performance of Neal’s YouTube channel.

What the workspace uses

Google sign-in provides your name, email address, and account identity to verify workspace access. A separate YouTube authorization provides read-only channel information and analytics, including revenue, viewing performance, and available audience data.

How data is used

Approved analysts retrieve channel data for analysis on their local computers. They publish findings, charts, and tables to this workspace. Reports are available only to approved workspace members. Channel Notes does not sell channel data or use it for advertising.

Credentials and access

Google credentials are stored encrypted on the backend. They are not included in reports or shared with the browser or local analysis tools. The workspace does not receive your Google password. You can disconnect YouTube from the Connection page, or remove the app’s access in your Google Account settings.

Deletion and questions

Disconnecting removes the saved YouTube authorization and stops future data access. Existing reports and local analysis files remain until removed by the team. Contact the team member who invited you to request deletion of your workspace account, published reports, or locally stored channel data, or to ask a privacy question.
